May 28, 2007 When: Monday May 28th at 4:30 pm Where: Glen Oak Park Amphitheater - Peoria, IL. What: Peoria Memorial Day Celebration in the Park with The Lady Bugs Live in Concert! (This is a live Band concert) Come out and rock with The Lady Bugs and their Gone Buggie Band for an evening of great live music, dancing, and lots of fun! http://www.peoriaparks.org/zoo/zoospevents.html#Memorial Back by popular demand, the Memorial Day Celebration in the Park (formerly Zoomphony) is brought to you by Caterpillar, the Peoria Zoo and the Peoria Symphony. It's a special day to enjoy the Zoo (10:00 am-4:30 pm) and the Peoria Symphony (7:30 p.m. at the Glen Oak Amphitheater) free of charge. Performing at the Amphitheater from 4:30 to 5:45 will be "The Lady Bugs." This group charms children young and old with their fun antics and great music. They're sure to entertain the entire family. (Entertainment for the 6-7 p.m. time slot to be announced.) There will also be a park district food tent serving brats and hot dogs!
